一．产品开发背景
近年来，很多国家都在推动废除水银体温计，鼓励发展数字体温计和红外线体温计，特别是欧美日等发达国家。用数字体温计测口温时，会有导致疾病交叉感染的问题。我们的产品一次性薄膜保护套就是为了对应此问题而开发的，它能彻底防止疾病交叉感染问题的发生。
此外，我司此产品也可用在医疗压舌板等方面。
二．产品的基本构成
上下各一张白纸，中间是两层塑料薄膜，叠在一起，用加热模具压出所需要的袋形。
三．卫生保证
产品全数环氧乙烷消毒，取得SGS认证, FDA认证, 生物相容性测试认证。
四．特征
①入口部，前侧的纸和前侧的薄膜、后侧的纸和后侧的薄膜，是分别粘在一起的。这样能避免用户把体温计插到纸和膜之间。
②入口侧的虚线处用金属齿型模具压出了一条易撕断痕，这样能便于用户撕开白纸时保留入口部的一小截作为拿取部。
五．材料
①纸张：白色木浆纸
②薄膜：LDPE+EVA

Between two white papers, two plastic films folds in the same place. Bag-shape is pressed out by heating die.
2. Hygienic guarantee
The product is total oxirane disinfection and obtained SGS and FDA and biological compatibility test authentication.
3. Material
Paper: white wood-pulp paper
Thin film （23μM）: LDPE+EVA
4. Characteristic
4-1. In entrance, the first side paper and the first side film, the latter side paper and the latter side film, are separately stuck in the same place. This can avoid the user inserting thermometer between the paper and the membrane.
4-2. Along the entrance side’s dashed line, indentation was press out by metal sawtooth mold. This can be advantageous for the user to retain the entrance side’s small section of white paper and use it as handle for easy handling.
